Harvey M. Krueger
Mr. Krueger has been a Managing Director of Stockton Partners since its inception in 2004. He currently serves as a Director of Stockton portfolio companies Hydro Industries, Marco Polo Network and Mirabel Medical Systems.
Mr. Krueger started his career at Cravath, Swaine and Moore, and after five years joined Kuhn, Loeb & Co. In 1977, as President and CEO, he merged Kuhn, Loeb and Lehman Brothers, becoming head of Investment Banking of the new company and later Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers. Mr. Krueger, recently retired from Lehman Brothers, remains Vice Chairman Emeritus at that firm. In his senior roles at Kuhn, Loeb and Lehman Brothers, Mr. Krueger acted as an advisor to clients in executing numerous financing and M&A transactions for more than 45 years

A central figure in bringing Israeli healthcare technology to the U.S. public markets, Mr. Krueger recently founded the first Nano Technology Center in Israel, at the Hebrew University. In addition, Mr. Krueger is a Director of Continuum Health Partners (Beth Israel Medical Center in New York) Mr. Krueger is a graduate of Columbia College and received his law degree from Columbia Law School.
Kenneth N. Goldman, M.D.
Dr. Goldman has been the Managing Partner, Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Stockton Partners since its inception in 2004. He is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in Wall Street healthcare equity research, medical device invention, clinical medicine, and managed care facility management. Dr. Goldman played a principal role in Stockton’s investments in Cardiva Medical and Scandius BioMedical and serves as a Director of those companies.
Prior to joining Stockton, Dr. Goldman was a Vice President and Senior Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers. He performed research on medical device companies, in-vitro diagnostic companies and companies focused on genomics and proteomics molecular diagnostics in the life science enabling tools arena. Dr. Goldman has appeared as a commentator on television, a guest speaker at institutional investor meetings and lecturer at Columbia Business School. While at Lehman Brothers, Dr. Goldman participated extensively in numerous successful medical technology transactions.
Prior to his tenure at Lehman Brothers, Dr. Goldman was the Director of the Cornea Transplant Service and an Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine. He has authored publications in peer-reviewed journals, has performed basic research in corneal physiology, developed surgical innovations that have been reported in the professional literature and invented several surgical instruments. In 1996, Dr. Goldman directed the launch and development of a multi-site eye-care system for a New York managed care organization. Dr. Goldman served on the Board of Directors of North Florida Eye Bank for Sight Restoration from 1976 to 1977 and is a member of numerous scientific societies and organizations.
As a result of his dual expertise and experience in medicine and finance, Dr. Goldman enjoys an extensive network of professional relationships. He has personal familiarity with leaders in clinical research, medical devices, managed care and pharmaceuticals, as well as the Wall Street and venture capital communities.
Dr. Goldman was elected to Phi Beta Kappa as a cum laude graduate of Union College, received his MD from the New York University School of Medicine, and an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School.
Faruk K. Amin
Mr. Amin is a Principal at Stockton Partners and has been with the firm since its inception in 2004. He has been actively involved with every investment Stockton has made including deal sourcing, leading diligence efforts, and post-investment management. Prior to joining Stockton, Mr. Amin was a member of the healthcare investment banking group at Lehman Brothers. While at Lehman Brothers, Mr. Amin worked on numerous healthcare transactions involving mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings for both public and private companies covering various sub-sectors of healthcare including medical devices, specialty pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare information systems, healthcare facilities, and managed care. Before joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Amin was employed at Deloitte & Touche performing audit and consulting services to clients in the financial services industry.
Mr. Amin has a combined degree (BBA/Master of Accounting) from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
